Breast cancer stands as the most prevalent and the second leading cause of death among women in Latin America. According to the Pan American Health Organization, a staggering 210,000 cases were diagnosed in 2020, resulting in nearly 68,000 fatalities. Projections indicate a disconcerting 34% increase in breast cancer cases by 2030 across the Americas region. In Ecuador, as per Globocan data, 29,273 new cancer cases emerged in 2020, causing 15,123 deaths. Notably, 3,536 of these cases were fresh breast cancer diagnoses, contributing to 1,056 fatalities.
Collectively, we possess the capability to foster extensive preventative measures and transform aspirations into reality through the Casa Rosa Fundación Fuerza Rosa project. This initiative strives to achieve comprehensive health improvements by procuring, establishing, and equipping the Casa Rosa facility, as well as executing its array of activities. Our aim is to establish a holistic healthcare approach that tangibly reduces female mortality from this ailment by a minimum of 25% in Ecuador.  

Esmeraldas urgently needs our collective support to break the cycle of vulnerability. With a budget of $1.5 million, we invite donors to join us in making a lasting impact on the lives of hundreds of vulnerable children and teenagers and their families, providing comprehensive development through sports. Your contribution can be the catalyst for positive change in Esmeraldas, nurturing athletic skills and fostering a brighter future for these young individuals. 

Over 300,000 people living near Coca in the Ecuadorian Amazon lack access to basic and moderate healthcare services. Without medical treatment, preventable conditions worsen, leading to immense suffering and even death.

With your generous support, we have an unprecedented opportunity to change lives:

• 50,000 people will receive general medicine consultations to treat infections, manage chronic illness, and more
• 10,000 people will receive dental cleanings and care, saving them from tooth decay and related health issues
• 10,000 will receive eye exams and 300 cataract surgeries, restoring their vision
• 300 gallbladder surgeries will help patients live pain-free

In total, we'll provide over $5 million in free and low-cost medical services over the next 2 years. Improved health outcomes could generate over $2 million in social benefits.
